As a Client Service Lead within our Client Service Team, you will play a crucial role in managing and supervising the transition of First Republic into Wealth Knowledge Organization (WKO). You will be responsible for regular reporting for the Commercial Banking Know Your Customer (CB KYC) Team, ensuring alignment with the broader organization, and preparing presentations for the KYC Committee and other partner forums. You will assist in monthly business reviews and other regular forums by creating meeting materials that address business issues, status updates, headcount, financials, and key business metrics.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead, monitor, and report on the transition of First Republic into WKO.Take ownership and prepare regular reports for the CB KYC Team to ensure alignment with the broader organization, including presentations for the KYC Committee and other partner forums.Support the preparation of monthly business reviews and other regular forums by identifying and creating meeting materials, which may include business issues, status updates, headcount, financials, and key business metrics.Collaborate with production and reporting teams to enhance the identification, standardization, and development of metrics necessary for managing the book of work, including capacity models and other tools to boost productivity.Establish and share best practices with global counterparts to ensure consistency and alignment.Produce materials for Senior Management to drive the CB WKO Strategy, synthesizing key messages, including status and risks.Coordinate with key partners in Client Onboarding and Service as needed for offboarding and other functions to maintain control of KYC lists.Represent Commercial Bank WKO at the WKO Change Management Advisory Meeting.Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Bachelor's degree.Demonstrates independence and self-motivation, with the ability to adapt and remain flexible within a team environment.Excels at multitasking and effectively utilizing internal resources.Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, paired with exceptional time management and organizational skills.Holds relevant experience in Program Management, Risk Management/Controls, Business Management, and a solid understanding of AML/KYC processes.Skilled in building strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.Proven ability to quickly learn and navigate unfamiliar topics and areas.Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Pitch Pro, and Visio.
