Help us grow and shape our GBS Center in Wroclaw by contributing your expertise and passion. **Tasks & Responsibilities** As a **Know Your Business Partner Specialist** , you will be responsible for: + Executing day-to-day Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) activities, ensuring compliance with established processes and guidelines. + Providing operational support to stakeholders with end-to-end process + Supporting the monitoring and analysis of risk exposure across the third-party portfolio, ensuring alignment with Boehringer Ingelheim’s risk appetite. + Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks. + Managing task intake, prioritizing, and tracking tasks using provided systems. + Providing first-level advisory support to customers via phone or email, focusing on resolving standard or moderately complex issues. + Contributing to the development and maintenance of the internal knowledge base by documenting processes and best practices. **About our future employee** You should speak fluent English and German (min. B2 level) and have min. 2 years of experience in compliance, sourcing or risk management, preferably within a Legal/Compliance Shared Service structure or an in-house Compliance department. **Additionally, we are looking for:** + A university degree in Business, Economics, Law, or a related field. + Strong customer focus and business partnering skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. + Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. + High learning agility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
