Job Title: Kitting SpecialistJob Description

We are looking for a dedicated Kitting Specialist who will play a key role in interpreting purchase orders and assembling packages according to work orders. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, the ability to work efficiently, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret purchase orders and work-in-progress tickets.Package parts according to work orders.Use scales to weigh products and build packages per purchase order.Label all packages with inventory of contents.Complete purchase orders and work-in-progress tickets with completed kits.Replenish packaging supplies as needed.Maintain a neat and orderly workspace, including cleaning up empty totes, cardboard, and packaging materials.Inspect parts using precision and measuring tools.Keep records of approved and defective units or final products and maintain activity logs.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsExperience in kitting, order picking, packaging, and inventory management.Proficiency in using a forklift and RF scanner.Experience in assembly and material handling.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.1+ years of manufacturing experience.Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.Capability to work at a fast pace and follow standardized work.Proficiency in reading and comprehending documents like training instructions and shipping tickets.Ability to understand and apply written, oral, or diagram instructions.Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.Physical ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs, occasionally up to 60 lbs.Ability to stand or walk on concrete for a full shift and tolerate fluctuating temperatures.Basic computer knowledge.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a new warehouse equipped with ergonomic desk setups tailored to employee heights and shock-resistant mats for comfort during full shifts. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
