**Job Title: Kitting Specialist**
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Kitting Specialist, where you will work in a newly established kitting area. Your primary responsibilities will include line packaging of cardboard products, operating a taping machine, packaging, and palletizing. You will have the opportunity to work across various kitting areas and must be self-motivated to move from project to project.
Responsibilities
+ Package and palletize cardboard products.
+ Run boxes through a taping machine.
+ Move between different kitting areas as required.
+ Perform general cleaning tasks daily.
+ Comfortably work on your feet, bending and twisting throughout the day.
Essential Skills
+ Warehouse experience.
+ Experience as a picker and packer.
+ Proficiency in using RF scanners.
+ Assembly and inventory management skills.
+ Material handling expertise.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Minimum of 3 years of warehousing experience.
+ Experience with RF scanners.
+ MSP experience is a significant advantage.

Work Environment
Enjoy a clean and well-organized warehouse environment where attention to cleanliness is emphasized. The role operates from 7 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with some overtime expected. Dress casually in jeans and a t-shirt, but ensure you have your own steel-toed boots.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Des Moines, Iowa.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
