**Job Title: Kitting Specialist** **Job Description** The Kitting Specialist will be responsible for unloading parts from the paint line, inspecting them for defects, and packaging them correctly onto pallets to fulfill specific work orders. This role requires physical activity, as you will consistently lift up to 30 pounds and be on your feet throughout the day. **Responsibilities** + Unload parts from the paint line and inspect for defects. + Package correct parts onto pallets according to work orders. + Utilize a computer and follow work instructions to kit parts as per order specifications. + Handle materials efficiently and perform labeling and palletizing tasks. + Participate in warehouse activities including loading and unloading. **Essential Skills** + Experience in work instruction, inspection, unloading, and material handling. + Capability to use a computer to follow work instructions. + High School Diploma or GED. + Flexibility to work 10-hour days for a 4-6 month period. + Physical ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in warehouse operations, labeling, palletizing, and production. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy the benefits of an onsite life coach, monthly profit sharing, and opportunities to advance within the company, including moving into welding roles. Candidates should be comfortable in a physically demanding setting and prepared for extended periods of activity. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delano, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00/hr.
