Job Description
The job involves picking items as directed by a computer and carefully packing them into boxes, which are then labeled and sent to packing via a conveyor system.
ResponsibilitiesOperate within the 'Kit Cell' to pick and pack items accurately as directed by a computer system.Ensure boxes are correctly labeled and sent to the packing area.Verify the contents of totes and transfer kits from totes to boxes in the packing area.Pack instruction manuals on the labeling line.Build small batch custom orders by hand in a cubicle-like chair.Cross-train in 5-6 roles across the automation department over time.Essential SkillsAbility to stand on feet for 12-hour shifts.Experience in fast-paced and high production environments.Attention to detail.Ability to lift up to 25 lbs; team lift required for items over 50 lbs.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in computer skills.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is clean, organized, and resembles a production facility with a constant humming noise akin to a vacuum. It is temperature-controlled, usually kept at 70 degrees or below, which may require wearing long sleeves, long pants, and closed-toe shoes.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.75 - $16.75/hr.
