Each day inspires in special places like this. + Dorm-style housing is available for $50/ week, including free laundry + Full RV hookups range from $50 to $80/ week, including water, sewer, and electricity + Meals provided at $75/ week (optional for RV residents) + Endless adventure opportunities in Yellowstone include wildlife watching, cycling, camping, kayaking, horseback riding, swimming, and much more! + Close access to Grand Teton National Park and historic western town Cody, Wyoming **What will you do?** + Train and supervise kitchen team members to uphold EDR standards and completes other duties as assigned by management. + Oversee day‑to‑day EDR operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, portioning, and sanitation. + Create weekly dining room menus using personal or established recipes. + Prepare and serve hearty meals for team members using proper techniques and high standards of cleanliness and food safety. + Maintain organization and cleanliness of workstations, coolers, equipment, and storage areas; ensure all kitchen equipment remains in full working order. + Supervise food prep, breakdown, rotation, labeling, dating, and proper storage of all items to maintain freshness and safety. + Ensure compliance with food safety regulations including labeling, temperature logging, and waste control procedures. + Manage opening, closing, side‑work duties, and daily inventory tasks. Orders receives and check deliveries for accuracy, quality, and proper storage, while maintain food costs within culinary leadership parameters. **More about you** + Minimum two years' experience as a Line Cook, Lead Line Cook, or Kitchen Supervisor + Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to direct and support a team effectively + Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail + Basic computer and math skills needed to place orders and follow recipes and measurements + Ability to read and understand recipes, food labels, and safety guidelines + No college degree required **Physical requirements** + Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs. + Must be able to reach,bend, squat, and work in variable temperature environments. + Standing, walking, bending for the duration of the shift, occasionally pushing and pulling to move equipment, mops, and brooms + Manual dexterity sufficient to chop, mix, blend, whip a variety of foods and liquids **Shift details** Days Evenings Split shift Holidays Weekends **Who we are** Yellowstone General Stores are located throughout Yellowstone National Park including near Old Faithful, Mammoth Hot Springs, and Canyon Village.
