**Job Title: Kitchen Porter** Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils. This role is crucial in keeping dining areas clean during and after busy hours. Responsibilities + Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly condition. + Ensure dining areas are clean during and after busy hours. + Perform sweeping and mopping of floors. + Conduct dishwashing and ensure cleanliness of all dishware. + Handle trash removal efficiently. Essential Skills + Proficiency in cleaning, food handling, and sanitation practices. + Experience in janitorial tasks and sweeping. + Knowledge of food sanitation standards. Why Work Here? Work Environment The main shifts are from 1-9pm or 4pm-12:30am, with the requirement to be available up to 7 days a week. You will be working in the State and Indigenous Dining Halls, where maintaining cleanliness and hygiene is a top priority. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.08 - $17.08/hr.
