A Kitchen Coordinator with Conrad Hotels and Resorts is responsible for maintaining a smooth operation and highest office efficiency in the Kitchen and Food & Beverage Administration to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while working with the team to ensure departmental targets are met.
What will I be doing?
As a Kitchen Coordinator with Conrad Hotels & Resorts, you provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the culinary team, ensuring seamless coordination of kitchen activities and efficient day-to-day operations. You play a vital role in maintaining organization, compliance, and communication standards that enable the team to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing and organizing all clerical and administrative tasks for the Kitchen and Food & Beverage division, ensuring timely distribution of communications, correspondence, and documentation throughout the hotel
Maintaining an orderly office environment and accurate records, including HACCP documentation, temperature logs, maintenance reports, inventory control, and recipe files
Supporting ordering processes, stock tracking, and market list preparation to ensure accurate purchasing, cost control, and adherence to FIFO practices
Assisting with recruitment activities, including coordinating interviews and preparing related documentation
Organizing and scheduling departmental appointments, trainings, and meetings
Preparing reports, summaries, and presentations as required by the Executive Chef
Liaising with internal departments for banquet functions, outdoor catering, equipment requests, and maintenance follow-ups
Maintaining effective communication with vendors, consultants, colleagues, and management to support operational systems and procurement needs
Promoting strong interdepartmental collaboration to enhance productivity and workflow
Ensuring compliance with all company policies, food safety, health, and workplace safety standards
Performing any additional duties as assigned by immediate supervisors
