Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that informs the evolution of Kinexys Digital AssetsDrive the development of new products and features related to digital assets and tokenization, leveraging emerging technologies and industry best practicesLead, coach, mentor, and empower product teams to execute across the product life cycle, while defining and instilling best practicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, customer support, and functional partners, to ensure successful product delivery and adoptionEngage with key clients and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights, ensuring our products meet their needs and expectationsEnsure compliance with industry regulations and company policiesChampion a culture of continuous innovation and improvementIdentify and remove barriers to product successMonitor market trends and competitor landscape to inform product directionCommunicate product vision and strategy to internal and external audiencesDrive measurable business outcomes through product leadership

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering high-impact and large-scale products, projects, or technology applicationsProven track record of leading transformative innovation initiatives to market, leveraging new technologies to drive change in complex organizations.Extensive experience in capital markets, securities services, investment management or a closely related fieldRecognized thought leader and innovator with demonstrated industry experience and strong technical orientationStrong strategic thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent leadership and team management abilitiesExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levelsDeep understanding of the impact of digital assets and tokenization on wholesale financial mark
