As a Kinexys Business Development Associate, you will build new business relationships with global institutions in a wide range of industries (banks, non-banking financial institutions, fintechs, and corporates. Your sharp commercial judgment will help our overall team maximize revenue growth from new business relationships by prioritizing the most promising opportunities. You will also help us shape the overall product and business vision by channeling market feedback to our Product and Engineering teams.
Job Responsibilities
Proactively identifying and meeting with prospective clientsDeveloping and refining client business cases (typically co-created with client teams)Prioritizing most promising new business opportunities to maximize revenue and market impactGather and channel market feedback to influence product development and innovation Collaborating with broader Kinexys and JPM teams to deliver seamlessly for clientsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Minimum 2 years’ of experience in banking, finance, or related fields with exposure in payments system/fintech salesBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting of other related disciplines Excellent written and oral communication skillsStrong commercial and sales acumen, including demonstrated ability to deal with senior clients and their teamsSelf-starter with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset and high emotional intelligenceFacility with numerical and quantitative tasks, especially related to building/estimating client business casesStrong understanding of global banking and payments products and servicesTeam-player mentality
