Create a lively, welcoming Kickback experience by actively engaging with guests and making them feel relaxed and valued.Make our complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback… well, happy—through genuine hospitality, friendly conversation, and attentive service.Oversee the 5:30 Kickback by preparing food, serving guests, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable flow throughout the evening.Create and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting kitchen and lobby environment during and after service.Answer guest questions confidently using your knowledge of the hotel, amenities, local area, and events.Ensure food safety standards are consistently met and that supplies are fully stocked at appropriate levels.Represent Drury Hotels with integrity, professionalism, and a service‑first mindset in every guest and team interaction.Deliver courteous, friendly, and proactive service with a +1 Service attitude, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and appreciated.What We Expect of You
