Salary Range $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 Salary Description Sunset Distribution is a beverage distributor that is deeply passionate about beer, cider, wine and non-alcohol beverages. We are currently seeking a self-motivated, highly-organized team member to assist the sales team in producing maximum sales and distribution of draft and/or package products and providing quality service to customers. Responsibilities + Increase sales and profitability for identified key accounts. + Develop and execute sales goals and initiatives. + Effectively execute marketing strategies for products and programs. + Develop gross profit, distribution, pricing, brand feature, promotion, and execution plans for assigned key accounts. + Build and maintain strong relationships with key account personnel and top management. + Educate customers on product benefits and terminology to improve sales or renew contracts. + Provide excellent customer service and follow-through on commitments. + Work with the Channel Manager to prepare and submit sales reports. + Collaborate with upper management to develop customer relationships. + Demonstrate deep knowledge of the beer industry, including competitive opportunities and threats. + Provide excellent, proactive customer service. + Be a great communicator with strong attention to detail and follow-through. + Use tools such as VIP, Excel, iDig, Formstack, and other relevant software effectively. + Thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills. + Multi-task and adapt to changing priorities on a daily basis. Qualifications Qualifications: + High School diploma or GED certificate. + Valid Driver’s License. + Five to seven years of progressive sales and management experience. + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
