Der die Stelleninhaber*In hat Schnittstellen mit vielen internen als auch externen Ansprechpartner*Innen. **Dein Beitrag** Im Rahmen deiner Aufgaben: + Intensive Zusammenarbeit und aktive Unterstützung des Key Account Teams in der operativen Kundenbetreuung + Aktive Unterstützung bei der Volumen- und Aktionsplanung sowie dem Tracking der Abverkaufsdaten + Erstellung und Koordination der Kundenkalkulation, Management des Kundenbudgets, Abrechnungen und Stammdatenpflege + Aktualisierung und Pflege von Systemen & internen Auswertungen + Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Jahresgesprächen und der Umsetzung der im Jahresgespräch vereinbarten Maßnahmen + Unterstützung bei Kontingent-/Engpass-Management + Abstimmung mit angrenzenden Abteilungen **Was du mitbringst** Den Wunsch, unser Unternehmen in die Zukunft zu führen und deine Karriere durch Erfahrung und Wissen in folgenden Bereichen voranzubringen: + Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium + Sehr gute Deutsch-Kenntnisse + Gute Englisch-Kenntnisse + Erfahrungen im Vertriebsinnendienst (idealerweise FMCG Bereich) + Umgang mit Office-Anwendungen (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) sowie SAP + Erste Erfahrungen mit Vertriebssystemen oder Marktforschungstools (z.B.
