Job Summary:

The Key Account Manager – Digital Solutions is responsible for managing and growing strategic customer relationships by delivering innovative digital solutions that drive business value. This role combines consultative selling, account management, and digital expertise to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnership success.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management & Growth

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Understand client business needs and align digital solutions to meet objectives. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

Sales Strategy & Execution

Drive revenue growth through strategic account planning and execution. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and solutions. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Solution Expertise

Stay current on digital trends, technologies, and competitive landscape. Act as a trusted advisor to clients on digital transformation initiatives. Present and demonstrate digital products and services effectively.

Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation. Provide regular updates and forecasts to senior management. Monitor account performance and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred). 5+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in digital solutions, SaaS, or IT services. Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets. Strong understanding of digital technologies (e.g., cloud, AI, data analytics, automation). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
