Key Account Manager - Oncology
**SUMMARY/POSITION OBJECTIVE:** As a Regeneron Japan’s marketing team, Regeneron needs a Key Account Manager who will be responsible for KOL engagement activities including planning and execution of promotional events with KOLs. Reporting to Marketing Associate Director in Japan, he/she will be accountable for all KOL engagement activities in Japan for currently commercialized indications, working closely with cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of the country strategic and tactical brand plan. Also, he/she will be championing Regeneron values when communicating with key customers. **JOB DUTIES:** • Establish Regeneron’s reputation and relationships with key HCPs (e.g. National, Regional, local clinical experts, etc.) across oncology therapy areas. • KOL engagement activities to increase Libtayo advocates through small meeting such as Advisory board / Speaker tour / Round-table discussion • Plan and execute of P2P events leveraging a KOL who advocates Libtayo such as national web seminars / seminars in medical congress / area lecture meeting • Responsible for marketing execution activities in Japan and provides input into the development of the local brand strategy, functional plans and budget with Marketing Lead. • As part of the KOL communication process, work in partnership with local counterparts in MSLs to create and agree on an aligned brand strategy. • Responsible for the development and execution of external stakeholder engagement plans (including national congresses, HCP meetings, etc) in coordination with cross-functional teams. • Working closely with the Sales Team in the development and execution of the Field Plan of Action and Field communications at sales meetings in collaboration with internal and external partners/stakeholders. • Ensure Regeneron Field Specialists are viewed as clinical experts in their therapeutic areas. • Maintain the highest ethical and compliance standards. **Requirements:** Required • Bachelor's degree required. • Experience and expertise in managing Oncology KOL relationship and executing an event with KOLs such as congress seminar / web seminar/ lecture meeting • Strong integrity and ethics in behaviors, actions, and communications. • Ability to communicate and act promptly, demonstrated initiative, creativity • Proven ability and success in coaching deep customer relationships especially with KOLs • Flexible mindset to work effectively in a complex, rapidly changing environment. • Strong leadership and ownership to drive the marketing event by closely working with sales reps • Excellent planning, prioritization, communication and presentation skills • Ability and willingness to travel as required ~80%, some on weekends for conferences and meetings. • Working knowledge of local healthcare compliance codes and any regulations related to promotional activities. • +7 years relevant experiences Preferred • Experience preferred in oncology marketing for KOL communication • Established Key Opinion leader relationships within Oncology.
