Department OverviewAccount Management for Country Italy is the primary responsible for interfacing with existing customers and new prospects in the assigned territory. Job Description
Motorola Solutions need to have strong presence in its core country markets and is a world leader in many of its solution areas.
The successful candidate will be required to manage the existing business in the assigned Named Accounts List (NAL), as well as developing new opportunities. This will require strong cooperation with our large channel & ISV partner eco-system to strengthen the overall solution proposition, leveraging these partner relationships to ensure full customer coverage.
Basic RequirementsAt least 3 years experience in similar position (sales and / or sales management or business development) in a relevant company within the IT, Telecommunication and Enterprise Mobility sectorA good overall technical understanding of the products and solutions within the Motorola Solutions PortfolioNative or native-like Italian fluency and business professional English proficiency are requiredExperience of developing customer baseA proven track record in overachieving quotas. Able to work for getting the numbers under pressureNegotiation Skills at different level of Customers organizationAbility to prospect and quickly qualify the new sales opportunities. Effective time-management. Able to plan and organize the sales and sales back office staff.Communication Skills (verbal, written) and presentation skills so s/he transmits with impact.Deep understanding of key business metrics with channels and their effect in vendor performance (revenues, returns, inventory…)Able to engage the most senior level of Customers and Partners (GM, CEOs…)Proficiency with computer software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
