We are looking for a Key Account Manager Rare Disease & Epilepsy to join our Rare Disease and Epilepsy team, field based in Athens, Greece.
About the role
As a Key Account Manager Rare Disease & Epilepsy, you will amplify and strengthen the matching of UCB therapeutic options with appropriate patients in your assigned territory. You’ll build strong collaborative relationships with key healthcare professionals (HCPs) and implement optimal omni-channel solutions to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
Who you’ll work with
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating closely with HCPs, local Safety staff, and other stakeholders to coordinate patient care and ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance requirements.
What you’ll do
Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for HCPs, applying deep knowledge of UCB solutions and connecting the right resources at the right time.Tailor omni-channel tools to impact HCPs based on individual preferences.Define and execute impactful tactical plans within your territory.Establish strong business relationships with HCPs and understand their patient populations.Collaborate with local Safety staff to ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance obligations.Communicate digital initiatives, Patient Support Programs, and Market Research Programs to local teams.Participate in audits/inspections as required.

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (Science, Pharm, Medical, or Economics) is a plus.At least 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably at a multinational level.Experience in rare diseases, MG, and/or epilepsy is a plus.Medical, scientific, and therapeutic area expertise.Health ecosystem awareness and shaping.Business and financial acumen.Strategic planning and patient value engagement.Ability to gather and interpret information, deliver impactful results, and learn from experience.Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.Fluency Greek and English is required.
