Competent Knowledge of Building services including Fire system, HVAC, HT LT System,Understanding of Civil engineering fundamentals applied during Transition and FM and Asset Services managementExcellent writing, technical, coordination and communication skillsUnderstanding of Energy Management / EHS.Audit process and implementation techniquesProcess development and report writing skillsCompetent Knowledge of Building laws at pre development, planning, project and operational stage.Strong competency in financial analysis, budgeting, cash flow projections for real estate projects including various types of building operations.Conversant with Power Quality and Energy Audit StandardTotal Relevant Experience 8-10 yearsPreferable from IFM/ AS Industry BackgroundShould have hands on experience on managing Property & Facility Management. Labour and Building Compliance, Financial management, MIS, AMC, Vendor Management, Soft Services.Excellent Troubleshooting SkillsCompetencies
