Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts. Understand clients' business objectives, industry trends, and challenges. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations. Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Account Growth and Revenue Generation:

Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products/services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value to key accounts.

Strategic Planning:

Develop a deep understanding of our company's products/services and how they align with clients' needs. Create and implement strategic account plans that drive mutual success. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Communication and Reporting:

Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction. Prepare and present reports on account performance, including sales forecasts and KPIs. Keep internal teams informed about client needs and expectations.

Contract Negotiation and Management:

Negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts. Ensure that contractual obligations are met and manage contract renewals.

Customer Advocacy:

Act as a voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for changes and improvements that benefit clients. Work to resolve client escalations promptly and effectively.
