Roles and Responsibilities

Participate in KBR’s DoD SkillBridge Internship program during your last 180 days of active duty.Gain hands-on experience in engineering, technology, cybersecurity, logistics, and business operations.Work alongside industry professionals on projects supporting defense and space programs.Learn KBR processes, tools, and systems relevant to your chosen career path.Engage in mentorship and networking opportunities to prepare for civilian employment.Support mission-critical tasks that enhance warfighter readiness and operational success.

Basic Qualifications

Active-duty service member within 180 days of separation

Command approval for DoD SkillBridge participationAbility to commit to the duration of the internship programInterest in transitioning to a civilian career in engineering, IT, logistics, or business operations

Preferred Qualifications

Existing Secret or Top Secret/SCI clearance (many roles require clearance)

Technical certifications or relevant military occupational specialty experienceFamiliarity with engineering, cybersecurity, or logistics systemsStrong problem-solving and adaptability skills
