Role and Responsibilities
Job Description
We are looking for a Key Account Manager for our Visual Display Division.
Responsible for managing and growing relationships with key consumer facing partners or strategic accounts. Focuses on driving business performance, ensuring account satisfaction and maximizing long-term value through collaboration, commercial execution and data-driven decision making.
Main point of contact between the company and assigned accounts, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver agreed initiatives, promotions and launches aligned with company’s guideline.
Responsible to tracks sales performance, market trends and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities and risks.
Key Job Responsabilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Set goals and sales strategies for each customer(region), monitor customers KPIs and build trust with them to reach sales goals based on cooperation, trust due to a deep knowledge of each customer business. • Interact with key contacts in the administrative, operational and commercial areas.
• Carry out negotiations and forecasts with the key clients.
• Place the demands on internal systems (GSCM).
• Responsible for accounts validation and creation.
• Coordination with the client regarding the products delivery date, time and logistics.
• Design the strategy of sales products.
• Execute actions and promotions for the acceleration of Sell Out.
• Responsible for maintaining the inventory levels according to those established by the company.
• Account manufacturing forecast management.
• Sales objectives accomplishment. • Responsible for the strategy definition regarding Sell Through, Sell In & Sell Out, with the purpose of maximize the Market Share, optimize the inventories and accelerate the distribution of the key models.
• Development and implementation of incentive plans.
Requirements
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related
• 5 years of previous experience in commercial positions
• Background in Retail is desirable
• Intermediate/Advanced English
• Experienced professional with full understanding on specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways
• Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
• Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments
