We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to lead our strategic partnership with Soriana. This role is pivotal in driving growth and profitability for our categories within this key account. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong commercial acumen, capable of navigating complex retail dynamics and fostering robust customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with Soriana.Lead commercial negotiations, promotional planning, and investment strategies.Drive execution of promotional activities and merchandising at Point of Sale.Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimize results.Collaborate cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Soriana.

Qualifications & Experience:

7+ years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager (or similar commercial role) in the FMCG industry.Mandatory: Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the Soriana account and its operational complexities.Strong background in developing and executing JBPs and promotional strategies.Experience in the local self-service channel is essential.Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
