Junior Technical Consultant Job ID 256298 Posted 16-Jan-2026 Service line Advisory Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Engineering/Maintenance Location(s) Porto - Porto - Portugal **CBRE Portugal is looking for a Junior Technical Consultant to work closely with the Technical Management Central team.** **Integrated in the Property Management Offices team, this role is designed for Engineering graduated students seeking a career in commercial real estate.** **WHAT YOU'LL DO** + **Support the team in their daily activities.** + **Support the team in collecting, sorting, arranging, and filing of necessary documents.** + **Support local technical management teams in the asset’s operational management.** + **Support in the asset’s handover processes.** + **Support in the set-up process of new assets in the CBRE’s Property Management portfolio.** + **Support in collecting and organizing information for certification processes within the ESG scope.** + **Support in the organization of market consultation processes for the provision of services and suppliers, from the consultation phase to contractual formalization.** **WHAT YOU'LL NEED** **This position is designed for candidates with a strong academic background in Engineering. Applicants should be self-motivated and focused, seeking to excel in the commercial real estate industry.** + **Graduate level student.** + **Desire to work in the commercial real estate industry.** + **Ability to network and develop positive relationships.** + **Diligent and highly organized.** + **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.** + **Strong written and oral communication skills, both in Portuguese and in English.
