Role Overview: As a Junior System Administrator at Dynamo Software you will join a team of technology experts, collaborate with all teams across the board and be responsible for ensuring uptime of product services, servers, network equipment, eliminating outages and providing resolution to end-user issues.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Diagnosis, repair, and provisioning of corporate laptops and desktops Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and keep the IT area organized Participate in internal IT support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions Provide support to internal users in a timely and efficient manner Provision users in Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365 Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues

What you bring: 

2+ years’ experience in IT operations and system administration University degree in Computer Science or similar is a plus Proficiency with installation, configuration, patching and troubleshooting of Windows Server and Linux systems Knowledge in Azure/ Entra AD, Microsoft 365 technology stack Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Proactive approach and can-do attitude
