Finance & Control department in Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is a part of Global Finance organization and responsible for full accounting and financial reporting cycle for Circle K European operations. Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for:

JUNIOR SPECIALIST FINANCE IN ACCOUNTS PAYABLE TEAM

(Position is temporary for 1,5 years)

Main responsibilities: 

Process supplier invoices in the Circle K systems ABBYY; ARIBA for BENELUX countries;

Take part in month end closing processes according to reporting schedule; 

Respond to supplier and client queries;

Contribute to maintaining procedure descriptions and instructions.

Main requirements: 

 Good computer skills (MS Office); 

 Fluency in English  both spoken and written to communicate with colleagues and stakeholders; 

 Very good communication and collaboration skills; 

 Precise, analytical, organized and stress-resistant personality; 

 Improvement driven and good team player;

Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics (can be a student) will be considered as an advantage;

Previous experience in Accounting will be considered as an advantage.
