In this role, you will work on implementation of features in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SPM, Custom Applications, and Service Portal. Learn more about the opening below!_ **Key Responsibilities:** + Learning about the latest developments in one or more aspects of ServiceNow new features + Develops ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML and CSS + Knowledge on Configuration Management (CMDB) + Collaborate with Business Analyst and Service Delivery Platform team to configure ServiceNow for Business-as-Usual updates and release updates for ITSM, Portal/Catalog. + Evaluate the information within stories to understand the requirements to perform development/configuration.
