What this job involves:  

Junior Documentalist / Reporting Analyst Working as a team member under the responsibility of a dedicated team leader based in Warsaw. Relations with the data-stewards, the Research department and the Data department based in France. 

What your day-to-day will look like:  

Press research and entry of information on rentals and sales of office, retail, logistics and industrial buildings on the French real estate market. 

Research and registration of the land registry for the property database. 

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills: 

This position is dedicated to researching and inputting information on commercial real estate rental and sales transactions in France, and to enriching building information. 

The position will involve interaction with the Data-stewards and Research teams based in France, and participation in various meetings (department meetings, project groups, data quality). 

Good command of the MS office tools imperative: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet and use of information management tools.  

Particular aptitude for information research and database management: verification and transcription of information. Daily work on information management software specific to commercial real estate. 

Required qualities: thoroughness, curiosity about real estate, organizational skills, interpersonal skills for efficient teamwork and internal information exchange, autonomy, dynamism.  

Skills and Experience: 

Education: training or degree in data management will be an advantage 

Language: Very good level of written and spoken French required. 

1st professional experience as a database manager in a service or real estate company will be an advantage
