Job Title: Jr. Technical Recruiter

Job Description

We are seeking six technical sourcing recruiters to support recruiting efforts on our team. This role focuses primarily on top-of-funnel sourcing and requires a metrics-driven individual who can deliver high output.

ResponsibilitiesConduct technical sourcing to identify and attract potential candidates.Utilize ATS systems effectively to manage candidate information and tracking.Collaborate with the recruiting team to support hiring goals.Maintain a high level of productivity and meet sourcing targets.Essential SkillsExperience in technical sourcing, ideally between 1-3 years.Proficiency in using ATS systems.Strong recruiting skills with a focus on metrics-driven approaches.Additional Skills & QualificationsWillingness to learn technical aspects if coming from a non-technical background.Demonstrated ability to be a go-getter and proactive in sourcing efforts.Work Environment

The position is 100% onsite in Seattle, providing an immersive work environment. The role requires full engagement and collaboration with the team in a dynamic office setting.

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $38.00/hr.
