Priority Personnel is hiring a Part Time, Bilingual Junior Project Manager to assist with real estate projects for a real estate company located in San Marcos, TX.

Pay rate: $22.00/hour

Work Schedule: Part-time to start (with potential to grow into full-time) Hybrid, with at least 2 days per week working from the office

Job Duties:

Monitor progress of construction and development projects. Ensure compliance with project budgets and timelines. Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across projects. Perform analysis of real estate investment projects. Conduct market and industry research to support investment decisions. Analyze financial information and review financial statements. Prepare reports and presentations for management on project and investment performance. Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to achieve project objectives.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (students in final semesters may also be considered). Work experience: 0–3 years in project management, financial analysis, or related areas (entry-level welcome). Bilingual: English and Spanish (required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required; PowerPoint desirable). Knowledge of budgeting, financial statements, and project tracking. Proactive attitude and interest in achieving measurable savings.
