What You’ll Do? + Present TELUS product and services door-to-door to core audience within an assigned residential territory (Direct-to-consumer marketing & event promotions). + Conduct personalized needs assessments to understand each customer’s current setup and recommend solutions that align with their lifestyle and budget. + Execute promotional strategies and consistently close sales. + Achieve daily and weekly sales goals with confidence. + Hit personal and team sales targets in a high-energy, feedback-driven environment. + Generate leads, power new sales, and improve customer retention. What you should bring? + Strong communication. + Competitive, coachable, and resilient - you don’t fold under pressure. + Resilient and positive, even when challenges come up showing commitment to delivering results. + Background in sales (Preferred, but not required). + Legal entitlement to work in Canada. + Target achievement mindset and open to career growth. + Proficiency in self-working & working in a team collaboration. + Flexibility to work Monday- Friday 11:00-8:30 pm.
