Job Description Summary

Global Technology Service group, a team of dedicated IT consultants, project managers and business analysts that support our client technology solutions through best-in-class software systems utilizing a service delivery model to deliver value within a clear, consistent and measurable framework. Additionally, we provide assessment, technology roadmap, transition and integration services as well as a continuous improvement-based support model to ensure an ongoing technology investment for the duration of our client relationships.
Our team provides delivery and support for Strategy and Portfolio Administration Services, Transaction & Project Management Transaction, Facilities (IFM), Space & Occupancy, and Financial Management.

Job Description

This role includes the following key responsibilities:

Solution Implementation Management & Consulting activities to ensure successful client delivery including:

Consulting on best practices related to client configuration of business rules and data modelling

Configuration of new system including hierarchy, security and access management

Data Migration and validation activities including mapping, configuration and acceptance testing of new system setup using ETL templates and other data import / export toolsets

Integration and documentation management including data mapping, workflow management, file specification development and documentation and acceptance testing

Report development to support reporting across service lines in support of client deliverables.

Vendor management of development and delivery.

Facilitate user review and acceptance of application configuration and performance

Provide training and user support during delivery activities

Provide guidance and consulting for security modelling and compliance

Provide Support and Operations Management activities of client implementation and production services including the following:

Service request support including end-to-end management of L1-L3 incidents, including performance of internal and vendor resources

Monthly invoice management and allocation management of internal and vendor invoice chargebacks.

Maintain competency in Technology client applications for consulting, implementation, and demonstration capabilities

Maintain the Technology team knowledgebase with best practices, lessons learned, concept and solutions documents and lead the team in keeping it up to date and relevant

Ability to leverage client applications for demonstration, data modelling and process development with the client implementation team

Provide product roadmap input to enhance the Integrated Portfolio Management Program. (IPM)

Team Leadership activities to include participation in the following:

Report on Global IPM projects

Providing Portfolio and Project updates in Service Delivery meetings

Provide training to new team members, Business Analysts ongoing

Maintain and contribute to product knowledge base for implementation and delivery

Mentoring of team members wishing to move into the DM role

Vendor Management activities to foster close relationships with our vendor to build the company in a sustainable direction

Actively support issue resolution process

Build on and maintain vendor relationships while enhancing standards and practices

Support the identification of and drive platform initiatives to meet ever changing business needs and government regulations such as lease accounting

Compliance Monitoring management and Security processes to ensure audit ready posture

Conduct periodic internal reviews and audits to ensure compliance procedures are followed

Assess product, compliance or operational risks and develop risk management strategies

Develop, implement and continuously improve business processes to achieve regulatory compliance

Manage Data Migration transition activities and solution automation

Architect automated solutions for ETL management to increase efficiency and accuracy

Drive internal initiatives and sustainable business processes by developing prototypes and addressing deficiencies

Monitor quality assurance and quality controls ensuring accurate transition services through prototypes, technical documents, transition workbooks
