NTT DATA Services currently seeks a **Junior Interface Analyst** to join our team remotely for a 12 month contract role. Must be able to work CST hours. Overview: Support the Integration Architecture team by entering, maintaining, and reporting on interface data within the ServiceNow Interface Management Module. This role is primarily focused on accurate data entry, interface documentation upkeep, and collaboration with architects and developers to resolve anomalies. Key Responsibilities: • Enter and maintain interface records in ServiceNow based on design documentation and requests. • Update existing interface data as needed due to QA findings, decommissions, or revisions. • Run reports and ensure adherence to naming conventions and status standards. • Collaborate with architects and developers to clarify interface details. • Maintain organized records of revisions and documentation. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
