The Oracle Human Resources team in Paris (75008) is seeking a dynamic and organized Junior HR – Consultant who enjoys working in a fast-paced international environment and has a strong interest in digital HR innovation and people management.

In this role, you will:

Leverage your knowledge of French labor practices and HR project management to drive initiatives that enhance the employee experience and support Oracle’s ongoing HR transformation. You’ll work closely with local and international teams, playing a central role in projects, bringing new HR solutions to life, and supporting both individual and collective labor topics.
