Responsibilities of Junior Estimator:
-Prepare bids for projects
-Analyze blueprints and specifications of projects to ensure bids are accurate and competitive
-Procure pricing from suppliers and vendors
-Communicate with clients
Ensure all project requirements are consistently met
- Conduct other tasks as assigned

Qualification of Junior Estimator:
-Previous experience in estimating and bidding for construction projects
-minimum Must have previous construction experience
-Able to read and understand blueprints and specifications
-Experience with ornate metals preferred
-Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Bluebeam
-Great written and verbal communication skills
-Possess mathematical and analytical skills

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $65, 000-$80, 000/year based on experience
