Junior Electrician
**Job Title: Electrical Foreman** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Electrical Foreman to lead and execute electrical projects with precision. This role requires expertise in reading and interpreting blueprints, electrical layout, and conduit bending. The ideal candidate will have experience with EMT, galvanized, and ridged electrical construction, as well as the installation of switchgear, mounting boxes, and panels. Proficiency in pulling wire and roughing MC & BX cable is essential. Additionally, familiarity with Lutron lighting packages, risers, and fire alarms is required. **Responsibilities** + Read and interpret blueprints accurately. + Execute electrical layout and conduit bending with precision. + Handle EMT, galvanized, and ridged electrical construction tasks. + Install switchgear and mount boxes and panels effectively. + Pull wires and rough in MC & BX cables with expertise. + Work with Lutron lighting packages and riser installations. + Implement fire alarm systems. + Follow NEC code standards in all installations. **Essential Skills** + Electrical wiring and installation expertise. + Proficiency in conduit bending and running conduit. + Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. + Experience with switchgear and lighting installations. + Knowledge of NEC code. + 4-10 years of experience in the electrical field. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + SST 10 certification. + OSHA 30 certification. **Why Work Here?** This position offers a long-term opportunity with benefits such as vacation, holiday pay, and a 401k plan. The job requires a safety-oriented approach with PPE worn at all times and uses mobile clock-in codes for time management. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of New York, New York. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
