Your responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and enhance the client experience.

Support the team with administrative tasks, utilizing both internal and external tools.

Prepare reports, presentations, and conduct compensation and policy data checks for clients and internal stakeholders.

Ensure clients receive all necessary documentation and training to participate in Mercer’s salary surveys.

Assist clients in using Mercer’s tools and products effectively.

Potentially, in the future, manage a portfolio of global clients participating in Mercer’s salary surveys, ensuring smooth and timely data submission.

Our requirements:

Excellent command of spoken and written English

1-2 years of experience (internships included) in the areas of customer services, market research, human resources or compensation & benefits

Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities, assuming ownership of tasks and taking proactive approach to work

Problem solving and analytical skills

Ability to prioritize assignments as well as multi-task

Proficiency in MS Office tools and general computer literacy

Excellent communication skills and readiness to work in cross cultural and cross team environment
