Junior Client Services Associate

We’re launching a new commercial service in Israel and are looking for a motivated **Junior Client Services Associate** to join our team in Tel Aviv. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting new initiative from the ground up, working closely with the leadership team to support both commercial operations and client engagement. **Key Responsibilities** + Act as a client‑facing team member, working directly with clients to support their needs, answer questions, and contribute to strong ongoing relationships. + Support client service operations, including onboarding, communication, and ongoing relationship management. + Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, contracting, invoicing, and documentation. + Use tools such as Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other platforms to manage workflows and client interactions. + Contribute to commercial activities, including preparing presentations, reports, and proposals. + Collaborate on statistical extrapolations and data analysis projects as needed. **Requirements** + Must be based in Israel and able to work from our Tel Aviv office. + High proficiency in Hebrew and English (spoken and written). + 1–2 years of experience in a health or data-related, administrative, or client-facing role (internships count!). + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). + Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. + B.sc, preferably in health-related field. + Background in data, statistics, or a related field is advantageous. + Excellent communication and organizational skills. A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
