To continue our success, we are looking for a Junior Category Manager to drive category growth and merchandising excellence! As a Junior Category Manager, you’ll partner with the Category Manager to deliver impactful range reviews, uncover performance opportunities, and implement 4P strategies. Own end-to-end customer range reviews, execute PepsiCo initiatives flawlessly, and help shape winning assortments for Woolworths Supermarkets. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Lead and execute full Category Review campaigns, ensuring flawless planning and implementation. Own end-to-end range review processes across multiple aisles (Biscuits, Health Food, International, Deli) for Woolworths. Deliver actionable insights and recommendations on assortment, space allocation, category flow, and merchandising strategies to drive growth. Integrate pricing, promotion, and innovation strategies into reviews while positioning PepsiCo for competitive advantage. Analyze category performance and ROI, document learnings, and maintain tools to support continuous improvement. Collaborate with internal teams and Woolworths stakeholders, acting as the voice of the customer and supporting IBP cycles and Store of the Future priorities. Qualifications About you: 2–3 years of FMCG experience with strong commercial acumen and analytical skills. Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Commerce, Economics, or Business (or equivalent). Proficiency in data tools like Nielsen/Aztec (scan & panel) and Quantium for analysis and reporting. Category management experience through direct category roles or customer-facing sales roles with range review exposure. Preferred: Familiarity with merchandising tools (Efficient Assortment, Space Planning), cross-functional collaboration, and strong relationship-building skills.
