We are hiring both an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) and motivated Junior Engineers with a strong interest in Systems Tool Kit (STK)–driven analysis. The SME will guide mission analysis, scenario development, and multi-domain simulation initiatives, leading technical innovation while mentoring emerging talent. Junior Engineers will contribute to high‑impact aerospace and defense programs, building their skills under the guidance of senior experts. Together, these roles play a critical part in shaping next‑generation mission capabilities and advancing national defense objectives. What You Will Do Senior Roles: + Lead complex STK scenario development for space, air, and ground systems + Conduct mission analysis, coverage studies, and trade-off evaluations for satellite constellations and defense systems + Integrate STK with external tools (MATLAB, Python, C++, Simulink) for automated workflows + Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers + Collaborate with program managers and stakeholders to define simulation requirements and deliverables + Author technical reports, white papers, and presentations for internal and external audiences Junior Roles: + Support STK scenario creation for satellite, aircraft, and ground systems + Assist in coverage analysis, trajectory modeling, and system performance evaluation + Automate basic workflows using Python or MATLAB + Document results and contribute to technical reports + Collaborate with senior engineers to learn best practices in simulation and modeling What We Are Looking For Senior Roles: + Master’s or Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field + 8+ years of experience in simulation, modeling, and mission analysis + Expert-level proficiency in STK, including scripting and API integration + Strong background in orbital mechanics, trajectory optimization, and communication link analysis + Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex projects + TS/SCI clearance Junior Roles: + Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field + 0–2 years of experience in simulation/modeling (internship or academic project experience acceptable) + Familiarity with STK and basic scripting (Python, MATLAB) + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Secret clearance Preferred: Bonus Points For...
