Job Description:

Our client is seeking junior and mid-level associates for our high tech and life sciences patent litigation practices for our New York, San Francisco, Santa Monica, Silicon Valley, Seattle, and Washington, DC offices. The ideal candidates will have between one to six years of patent litigation experience. Superior academic credentials, excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills are a must. While degrees or industry experience in high tech or life sciences fields are preferred, they are not required and we encourage applications from associates who have studied or worked in a variety of fields and industries.

Our client require that the candidate must be barred in the state of the office they are submitting their application for or are eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.

  1 - 6 years of experience in patent litigation experience   Salary $235K - $390K   Visa sponsorship not available     Hybrid work policy 3 days in-office. Silicon Valley, New York, DC, Seattle, SF, Santa Monica. Relocation is supported, and Fenwick is happy to pay for it. Candidates must be admitted to the bar in the jurisdiction where they intend to work or be eligible to waive into the bar within three to six months.
