Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for:

Junior Analyst in Wet Stock Management department

Type of Employment: Permanent

Location: Riga, Latvia

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)

Wet Stock Management department in Circle K Business Centre in Riga is a part of Global Fuel Logistics organization and is responsible for fuel stock monitoring at Circle K owned stations in Europe and North America. Goal of the department is to reduce fuel losses and support stakeholders with fuel variance insight.

Main responsibilities:

On daily basis monitor fuel inventory levels and conduct regular analysis of wetstock data,Continuously analyze stock movement trends to identify potential fuel loss,Identify and investigate discrepancies in fuel consumption and inventory records,For identified issues and deviances ensure adequate follow-up and resolution,Collaborate with operations teams, by ensuring to optimize fuel variance results,Report to Circle K stakeholder operations teams about faults and issues in fuel related HSE and forecourt equipment segments,

Main requirements:

Degree in Logistics, Finance, Economics, or a last year student within this area,

Good communication skills,

Good knowledge of MS Office products,

Fluency in English (verbal and written),

Proactive, detail oriented and improvement driven personality,

Self-motivated, positive, good team player.
