Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Graduate/Junior Analyst to join our EMEA Retail Investment Team, based onsite at our Prague office. This role is designed for recent graduates who are eager to build a career in real estate investment and capital markets and gain hands-on experience working on live transactions from day one.You will work closely with investment professionals from day one, supporting institutional clients across a strong pipeline of retail investment transactions throughout Europe. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and motivated to learn in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Support the team in analysing and underwriting retail real estate acquisitions and disposals.
Assist with investment analysis, including cash flow modelling, asset valuation, and development appraisals.
Prepare presentation materials and analyses for internal and client use.
Attend client briefings, internal meetings, and conference calls.
Conduct market research and provide data across different geographies and retail sectors.
Support transaction processes, including deal onboarding and coordination with brokers, advisers and stakeholders.
Travel across the European region as required.
Graduate Profile & Requirements
Recent graduate or final-year student with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, finance, accounting, real estate, or a related field.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with a genuine interest in real estate and investment markets.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (essential as all communication will be in English from day one).
Good working knowledge of Excel; prior exposure to financial modelling is an advantage.
Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate analysis.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take responsibility.
Ability and motivation to work in a high-performance environment with a strong sense of urgency.
Ability to travel within the EU and the UK.
Prior internships or placements in finance, real estate, consulting, or related fields are an advantage but not mandatory.
