Junior Accountant - Bath, PA

An excellent client of ours is looking for a Junior Accountant to support their accounting team with daily financial operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their accounting career who is looking to grow and gain hands-on experience.

Responsibilities:

Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries and account analysis

Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

Support job costing and cost tracking as needed

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Assist with other accounting tasks and projects as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)

1+ years of accounting experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency with Excel; accounting software experience a plus

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
