Job Description
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator who will play a crucial role in managing our company's financial transactions. This position involves processing invoices, managing expense reports, and providing administrative support to the accounts payable function.
ResponsibilitiesProcess approximately 50 invoices per week with accuracy and timeliness.Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.Manage employee expense reports and reimbursement processes.Perform general administrative duties to support the AP function.Utilize Sage accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).Perform other administrative duties as required.Essential SkillsProficiency in accounts payable and data entry.Familiarity with Sage and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related.0-1 year of experience in accounts payable or administrative role.Work Environment
This is a primarily on-site role located in Hunt Valley, MD, with some flexibility for remote work. The position starts as a 3-month contract with the possibility of transitioning into a long-term opportunity based on performance and business needs.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
