(Entry Level)** **Location:** Liverpool, New York **Job Type:** Contract to Hire **Shift:** 2nd Shift | Monday–Thursday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM **Pay:** $18.98/hr. **About the Role** We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as **Jumper Cable Assemblers** . This entry-level position is ideal for those with warehouse experience who are ready to take on a hands-on, physically active role in a supportive and growth-oriented environment. **As a Jumper Cable Assembler, your day will include:** + Mechanical assembly of various antenna, jumper, and connector products. + Packaging of finished goods for shipment. + Inspection and testing of assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards. + Following Q&EMS policies, procedures, and instructions to maintain compliance and consistency. + Supporting environmental initiatives by adhering to waste management procedures and chemical safety protocols. + Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by following all safety rules and regulations. + Working efficiently to meet delivery timelines while upholding quality and safety standards. + Ensuring team compliance with manufacturing procedures and quality requirements. + Escalating quality concerns through the proper channels. + Communicating daily targets and responsibilities to team members. + Training coworkers on cross-functional tasks and processes. + Collaborating with support teams to define and improve procedures and controls. + Contributing to continuous improvement efforts within the team. **Required Qualifications** + High school diploma or GED. + At least 6 months of warehouse or manufacturing experience. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently. + Comfortable standing, walking, lifting, and bending for 10-hour shifts. + Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills. + Reliable transportation. **Preferred Skills** + Experience with order picking, packing, inventory, and pallet jack operation. + Familiarity with soldering techniques (pin, through-hole, cable-to-board). + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. + Team-oriented with a proactive attitude. **Why Join Us?** + Be part of a **family-owned and operated company** that values internal growth—many of our leaders started in entry-level roles. + Enjoy a **temperature-controlled work environment** . + Access to **medical and dental benefits** , **401(k) with company match** , and **2 weeks of vacation per year** . + Opportunities for **career advancement** and skill development. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.98 - $18.98/hr.
