Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities :
Collaboration: Act as a liaison between subject matter experts, IT, and operational teams to facilitate the smooth flow of do operations and address any issues that arise;
Data Management: Oversee the collection, validation and integration of skill and role data from experts. Be responsible for data transfer and insertion from platform to platform. Use Excel and other reporting tools to manage and track requirements from stakeholders.
Documentation and Enabling: Develop training material, conduct training sessions whenever required, coordinate and manage communication channels and update documentation to ensure its reliability and audit proof.
Governance Compliance: Ensure adherence to data governance policies and procedures, especially regarding the defined taxonomy and quality standards;
2nd Level Support: Handle and resolve 2nd level incidents/tickets in the Service Management Tool, based on priority and quality for the HR applications
Testing Activities: Conduct testing activities such as: preparation of testing scenarios, reviewing test cases, testing in different instances, updates on testing tool, documentations, exploratory testing, managing test data etc.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in data management and orchestration, processes and support structures, implementing best practices. Coordination of change requests.
Educational qualification:
Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Engineering or similar
Experience :
3-5 Years of experience
Mandatory/requires Skills :
Previous experience with IT systems or applications support in the HR Area is an added value
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (namely Word, Power Point and Excel). Knowledge in Power-bi is an added value
Problem-solving and Analytical aptitude
Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholders and end users.
Logical, structured, proactive and effective way of working within international virtual teams
Global mindset, Team oriented, resourceful, ability to work on a fast-paced environment and ability to multitask
Preferred Skills :
Fluent English, both written and spoken (C1 level)
