In addition to our core facility and project management capabilities, our platform offers direct access to our Best-in-Class services, including ESG, Security Consulting, Workplace Strategy, and Workplace Experience. **What You’ll Do:** + Respond to client inquires and concerns; ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering timely and quality service and follow up. + Create and assign work orders to multiple technicians, subcontractors and vendors. + Support problem solving. + Provide reports on open and closed work orders and check the status with the appropriate technician or vendor. + Maintain records including work orders, proposals, and department information. + Create vendor files and ensure accuracy of completed paperwork submitted. + Induct vendors on work order and billing procedures. + Process invoices and ensure accurate cost center coding. + Assist with the facility campus inspections. + Assist with process and procedure training. + This is not a comprehensive list of job requirements, additional tasks may be included. **What You’ll Need:** + Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. + Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. + High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
