ResponsibilitiesFabricate components by following technical instructions and interpreting engineering blueprints.Ensure millwork components meet quality standards.Monitor and maintain inventory of materials and supplies needed for the assembly process.Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as material defects or design discrepancies.Maintain a safe and clean work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Test finished products for defects.Essential SkillsExpertise in assembly, mechanical, and blueprint interpretation.Proficiency with hand and power tools.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work in general labor, carpentry, construction, and framing.Experience in finish carpentry and woodworking.Additional Skills & QualificationsMust have personal tools including a tape measure, hammer, and mallet.Strong work ethic and reliability.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The role operates during the 1st shift from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM with a 1-hour lunch break. The work environment is very clean, not temperature-controlled but comfortable, and allows for a casual dress code, including shorts and t-shirts.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
