ResponsibilitiesAct as a subject matter expert regarding adherence to the Global Interactions Policy (GIP), the Engage tool, and associated policies.Educate internal staff and service providers on GIP documentation, related processes, and systems.Assist business partners with preapprovals, contracts, vendor setups, and payment requests connected to Baxter’s engagements with the medical community.Review Engage requests, contracts, and service agreements for accuracy and compliance to policy when required.Proactively address compliance issues and bring them up to the Ethics and Compliance, Finance, or Legal teams as necessary.Collaborate closely with global business units and franchise functional areas to accurately categorize and document transactions with the medical community.Assist with annual CMS transparency reporting as well as state reporting when appropriate.Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for developing, updating, overseeing, and coordinating all Engage Operations systems and platforms, including SharePoint and Engage.Identify and implement process improvement initiatives.Update and build Standard Operating Policies and Desktop Procedures.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, operations, or computer science.Demonstrated background in finance, operations, master data, or comparable positions within large public companies.Advanced proficiency in English.Intermediate Spanish is desirable.ERP functional knowledge is preferred.Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and varying levels of management, as well as external communications.Knowledge of product data/document management systems is advantageous.Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Equal Employment Opportunity
